What we offer at homestay

Find out what
to expect

We welcome guests for as long as they want to stay with us for their yoga holiday!

Yoga

Two Yoga lessons are the routine fare. The morning sessions are intensive and demanding, and the evening sessions are relatively relaxed. Fine-tuned exercises in breathing and relaxation are designed to sublimate physical and emotional stress. The music from the neighbourhood temple, the sweet air, the gentle breeze and the bird calls from the green cover provide the ideal stimuli to go into deep relaxation.

Cooking Classes

Interested guests may attend, learn and participate in cooking classes.

Evening Walk

Delightful routes are plentiful for the guests to saunter after the Yoga sessions. The ridges of paddy fields, the river side and country paths offer natural walkways.

Bird Watch

The location is home to a variety of birds. Between 20 and 40 varieties are seen at all times. This is a bonus for the amateur birdwatcher.

Picnic

  • Picnic spots and sightseeing landmarks lie all around within easy reach
  • Kallil Cave Temple (2000 years old Jain temple)
  • Iringole Forest and Forest Temple
  • Kodanad Elephant Park (Visit and Safari)
  • Ayurveda Centres (Ayurvedic Body Massage and Panchakarma Treatment can be arranged at a nearby place)
